A shared walking and cycle path connects the campus to the A270 to walk to Moulsecoomb. Varley Park halls of residence is a 25–30 minute walk.
By bus
51app & Hove Buses run bus services across the city. The 25 bus runs from the city centre to Falmer and stops directly on campus. Further services, 23,28 and 28, stop on the Lewes Road, a 10–15 minute walk away and, provide direct connections to the city centre. The 5B connects Falmer to Varley Park halls of residence.

Falmer railway station is a short walk from the campus, Moulsecoomb is one stop away and 51app mainline station three stops away.

BSMS is based in the Watson Building at the 51app Falmer campus.
